Tour Cancellations by Customer

Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a 100% refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3 to 6 days prior to the tour will receive a 50% refund.

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour or failure to appear at the scheduled departure time are non-refundable.

Modifications

We allow one-time rescheduling free of charge if requested at least 72 hours in advance. Further changes may incur a processing fee.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be for a date within 6 months of the original booking.

Tour Cancellations by Company

If we must cancel a tour due to weather conditions, minimum group size not met, guides’ unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

  • A full refund, or
  • An alternative tour/date of equal or greater value at no extra charge.

Special Circumstances

Medical Emergencies: Requests due to medical emergencies may be eligible for a refund if documentation is provided.

Force Majeure: No refunds are provided for cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), but we will work with you to offer alternative solutions.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

For credit card payments, please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the refund in your account.
